GUERNSEY INTRODUCES A NEW TRUST LAW

The Trusts Guernsey Law 2007, which received Royal assent in March 2008 is being acclaimed within the international professional trustee community as the most up to date, state of the art trust legislation. Keith Corbin, Group Executive Chairman of Nerine, said " Guernsey`s approach to new financial legislation was summed up very appropriately by a leading international trust practitioner recently when he said that "Guernsey is not always first (to introduce new legislation) but usually does it better".
