Message from Keith Corbin, Group Executive Chairman
I am delighted to announce that a new Company within the Nerine Group was incorporated on 14th September 2005 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Nerine Fiduciaire S.A.made a successful application to become affiliated and regulated by the Association Romande des Intermédiaires Financiers ("ARIF"), a self regulated body recognized by the Swiss Money Laundering Control Authority.
The Operation will be headed up by Gareth R. Corbin, who has joined the Group from Close Trustees (Switzerland) S.A.
Ian Woods, a long term associate of the Nerine Management team will also be a Director of the Company and joins Gareth to form the Board of Directors of the Company.
Since 1997 Ian has represented Nerine in Switzerland and Liechtenstein under Abbaye Management and Consulting and will continue to provide services to clients as before from his offices in Neuchâtel.
Nerine Fiduciaire S.A. will specialize in Trust & Company Management and Administration within Switzerland and act as a liaison for the Group of Companies in Switzerland on behalf of the Guernsey, British Virgin Islands and New Zealand sister companies of the Group.
As a completely independent Group having highly experienced professionally qualified staff spread throughout these jurisdictions we feel we are well placed to be able to offer clients a Fiduciary solution to fit their individual requirements.
