What personal data do we collect?
We log your Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to receive and send information from and to you over the internet.
When you register for our newsletter or sign up for services from Nerine you may be asked to provide some personal data such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address we also use this information to mainintain a list of potential invitees for the purposes of Nerine event invitations.
We also automatically collect data about visitors to our website (for example on browsing patterns) by using cookies as set out below.

Cookies used by our website
These cookies are used to monitor the performance of our website. We use the information to help us improve the website. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visits to our website, where visitors have come from to the website and the pages they visited. Google LLC (formerly Google Inc) uses the information collected to prepare reports on the website activity and share them with other Google services. Newsletter and marketing
When you subscribe to receive our newsletter or to participate in or receive a service from Nerine , we may ask for personal information about you. Different services may ask for different information. By entering your details in the fields requested, you authorise Nerine to provide you with the services you selected. This information will be held for as long as you continue to wish such services to be provided. You may opt‑out of receiving newsletters or any other material and other information from us at any time by following the ‘unsubscribe’ instructions in the communications.
All personal data held for the purposes of our event invitations and confirmations are used explicitly for those purposes only. In relation to invitations issued, Nerine provide options to allow you to accept, decline, unsubscribe and register (if you are not the original recipient of the email) for your specified event. In registering you are providing consent to receive further such invitations to similar events. In selecting cancel, you will be unsubscribed from future such invitations. Accepting or rejecting the invitation will provide a response to the relevant invite only.
The personal data used for the purposes of newsletter and marketing information is retained only as long as the user wishes to continue receiving such materials and invitations and will be deleted when you unsubscribe.
How do we use your personal data?
As described above, we use your personal data submitted for newsletter or marketing purposes for the express purpose of delivery of those services.
We may also use your personal data collected through cookies to carry out research about our visitors' and clients' demographics, interests and behaviour. We do this to better understand our visitors, clients and potential clients. This research is compiled and analysed on an aggregated and anonymous basis.
To whom might we disclose your personal data?

We may disclose your personal information if we are approached by a potential buyer of our business.
Except as set out above, we will not disclose your personal information unless we are obliged to do so or allowed to do so, by law (for example where it requires to be provided to government bodies or law enforcement agencies), or where we need to do so in order to run our business.
We never sell personal information, or pass it to third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.

Where users obtain, publish or share personal data collected through this website they are responsible for any processing that takes place, including notifying the data subject.

We have no access to third party cookies and third party organisations have no access to ours.
